Most evenings we take a walk on the beach with our dog to
view experience the sunset. It’s been a nice routine in an otherwise unstructured life.
The other night while we were out I decided to do a video for mini breaks of meditation. The more senses you bring in, the easier it is to be fully present and engaged.
I thought I would share it with you in case you need a reminder or some inspiration. It’s about 60 seconds of sunset, water, and sounds of the ocean.
