To tweet or not to tweet...

Or share, pin, stumble upon, and on and on…… that is the question.

One sign of relatively good mental health is being able to acknowledge your weaknesses without it defining you or sending you into a major depressive episode.  Here it goes….I have no idea what the heck I’m doing when it comes to social media.  Relatively good mental health to be determined….. 😉

As much as I try to get on board, it seems there is always something new to learn.  I find myself feeling like I’m trying to learn from Charlie Brown’s teacher.  I know I can’t be alone….right?  Please tell me I’m not alone.

I created my Courageous Journeys’ page on Facebook and Twitter in 2010.  While I have been much more consistent with posting on Facebook….we’ve been finding gratitude with Gratitude Monday for 9 months….the only thing that gets tweeted on Twitter is what is linked to Facebook.  Did you get all that? 🙂

In an effort to blog more frequently I have begun doing vlogging (blogging through video for those of you who are less clued in than me 😉 ).  To get it to show up on my website I have been uploading to YouTube so it’s easier to put on my blog.  I’m sure there is a better way, but I don’t know what that is.  But I'm working on it.

So the purpose for all of this, the blog, Facebook, and Twitter is to create a community of support for healing from sexual abuse and other difficulties we all experience.  I want to create a place for support, connection, and maybe most importantly hope.
