If you’ve been with me for a while, you’ve likely heard me say that even if we’ve done a lot of healing, there may be a time when we might benefit from returning to therapy.
It might just be the typical ups and downs of life, a life transition, or something that causes us to return to old patterns of thinking or coping. It doesn’t mean there is something wrong with us. It means we are human and having solid support is a healthy way of navigating these times.
