One of the challenges with the trauma healing process is being able to trust that the process will lead you to where you ultimately want to be.
Throughout the process there are many things that feel scary or uncomfortable and even impossible to understand how what you’re being asked to do can possibly be helpful.
In today’s episode, I’ll share how this can affect the healing journey and what to keep in mind to allow you to trust yourself and the process.
There’s also a little something to consider near the end.
Is there anything about the healing process that you can relate to in what I shared?
