Episode 43: Embracing What is Possible When You Don’t Yet Believe It

Episode Description:

This episode originally aired on YouTube.

In today's episode, I’m talking about something I’ve noticed coming up quite a bit lately on my posts: the struggle survivors of childhood trauma often face in embracing reminders, affirmations, or ideas that go against the false core beliefs they hold. I get it – wanting to believe in an affirmation but finding it nearly impossible because those beliefs are so deeply ingrained.

While there is no quick way to begin to believe in what is real and true for you, there is a practice I share that will help you get there.

I’d love for you to share what came up, especially the question I pose toward the end.
