Healing from trauma can feel overwhelming at times whether you're just beginning or have been on the journey for a while.
It is also a multi-layered process that includes things we have to practice over time.
However, there are some fairly simple things you can begin to incorporate into your daily life that can make a difference in how you feel day to day and help build or strengthen the foundation for your journey.
Today I'm sharing some simple things that take very little time you can begin to practice right away.
