The disconnect may have happened because of something specific like trauma. Or, it may have happened over time through life experiences and the messages we receive from those around us and a society that shapes us.
We end up believing things about who we are that have never been based in truth. Sometimes we're aware of what these beliefs are. Often we are not. The beliefs we hold that we're unaware of can have even more impact on our sense of self.
Returning to Wholeness is a journey of helping you gain a deeper awareness of these beliefs, what shaped them, and practices to dismantle them... so you can see, connect with, trust, and embody your WHOLENESS.
