Hi There!

I'm Peggy, a survivor of childhood trauma, mentor, (former) trauma therapist, author, and space holder for survivors of childhood trauma.

There's a good chance you may have difficulty truly believing that you can have the life you desire. I was there too.

The abuse and neglect I experienced made me believe there was something deeply wrong with me. Something so wrong that it caused the abuse and would keep me from being able to live my life differently.

Through my healing journey, I was able to begin to see the possibility that maybe everything I believed was not actually the truth. That maybe there was more to who I was than what I always believed.

I want that for you.

And, I believe deep in my soul, this healing is available to you too.  I'm here to help you reconnect to the truth of who you've always been. Someone who has everything within you to create the life you deserve.

Returning to Wholeness is a journey of helping you gain a deeper awareness and understanding of the core beliefs the trauma taught you and practices to dismantle them... so you can see, connect with, trust, and embody your WHOLENESS.

This course is grounded in trauma healing principles with pacing, structure, and reflection
designed to support real, lasting growth.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes. Healing is a process of continued unfolding, even after years of doing some great work. Returning to Wholeness isn’t about starting over or having to learn a lot of new information. It’s about deepening into the parts of yourself that know the information and what to do but haven't yet fully integrated it. Even if you’ve been on this path for years, there’s always benefit in continued practice and uncovering more of all that lies within you.

The fact that you’re asking likely means something inside you is ready, even if you don’t feel fully confident. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to lean in to what brought you to this page. A great thing about this course is that it's something you will have forever so, whether you get through it all or barely into chapter 1, you can come back to it anytime you're ready or need a little more practice.

Once you enroll, the course is yours to move through at your own rhythm. You’ll receive emails each week over the course of 8 weeks, but those are just gentle guides, not deadlines. Many people take their time, revisit pieces more than once, or pause and return when it feels right. Healing isn’t linear, and this course is designed to honor your unique pace and process.

First, you’re not alone. The truth is, most people don’t finish courses, and it’s rarely because they don’t care. Life is demanding, healing takes energy, and some days, the idea of adding something else to your plate feels like the last thing you want to do. One aspect of the course that can help keep you engaged is that each week you'll receive an email with access to the next chapter. If you haven't completed the previous one, it helps serve as a reminder to recommit to yourself and your healing. Or, something about the new chapter might pull you in. This course is self-paced, flexible, and designed for real life. 

The fact that you've thought of this says a lot about your awareness and understanding of the process. This will help guide you along the way.  This course is designed to be steady, supportive, and grounding. You won’t be pushed into the deep end. Still, healing can stir up strong emotions, so you’re encouraged to go gently and honor where you are and what you need. This is part of the healing process as well. Pause when you need to, and make space for self-care. If you notice you're having a hard time, I always encourage people to make sure to stay connected with those you feel supported by and, when needed, with experienced, professional support. This is not weakness or failure. This, too, is part of the healing journey.

There is no single course or path to deep healing. Everything we do along the journey of healing is one of the many practices necessary to undo the damage of childhood trauma. Returning to Wholeness is a resource, something to walk alongside you as you heal in your own way, at your own pace. Whether you're working with a therapist or exploring on your own, this course offers understanding, reflection, guidance, and gentle practices to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself longing to feel whole again. I created the course with practices you can continue to come back to throughout your journey. Each time, you'll understand yourself more and integrate deeper... until one day, you realize you've fully embodied the sense of wholeness and trust in yourself you've longed for.
