Releasing the Burden of Self-Blame as Childhood Trauma Survivors

I’ve never known a childhood trauma survivor who didn’t blame themselves in some way. Sometimes the blaming is conscious and very much in awareness. Many times survivors aren’t aware just how much they’ve blamed themselves and the various ways they do it.

The problem with self-blame goes beyond feeling guilty about the trauma.

In this video I’ll share how and why we carry so much blame and responsibility… and no, it’s not because it’s deserved and the impact it has in our lives.

Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or have been on this path for a while, this video will provide you with valuable insights and tools to help you find greater peace and freedom.
