For some, this time of year… the ending of one and beginning of another, can be a time that feels a bit daunting or disappointing. For others, it is a time of possibility. Or, maybe it’s a little of both with a few other feelings thrown in too.

When you’re on a healing journey, there are often times that feel a little more disappointing or daunting. If you can relate, you’re not alone.

However, feeling those things does not mean there aren’t moments to celebrate and feel good about.

Let’s pause to recognize the power in every small step you’ve taken.

In today’s video, I share ways to reflect on 2024 with kindness toward yourself, acknowledging the growth that might not feel obvious but is deeply significant. We’ll also discuss how to gently set intentions for 2025.
